Return Policy

At Nugget CBD we are proud to provide a premium selection of products at affordable prices. If your product is unopened and is now unsuitable you can go through our return process. To report damaged or faulty Nugget CBD items you must submit claims within seven days of receiving your shipment. Include details and/or photos of the condition of the product.

Keynotes

  • 15% Restocking fee for any returns will be implemented for non-damaged goods.
  • If Seven days have elapsed since your product was shipped we cannot exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Shipping is the customer’s responsibility to and from our warehouse.
  • All refunds and exchanges are subject to review and are provided at the discretion of Nugget CBD.
  • We want to ensure the customer satisfaction of all those who purchase any Nugget CBD products.

Return and Exchange
Upon receiving a defective unopened product follow these steps closely to allow a Nugget CBD customer service representative to respond in a timely manner.

Exchange Process:

  • Email Info@nuggetcbd.com within 7 days of receiving the unopened product.
  • Include product picture or description
  • label email subject “Exchange”
  • Send the product back to address (in original packaging)
  • Send email to Info@nuggetcbd.com with the tracking number of product
  • Once we receive the unopened product we will confirm return via email
  • Upon confirmation email wait 5 business days to receive new product

Return Process:

  • Email Info@nuggetcbd.com within 48 hours of receiving the unopened product.
  • Include product picture or description
  • label email subject “Return”
  • Send the product back to address (in original packaging)
  • Send email to Info@nuggetcbd.com with the shipping tracking information of product
  • Once the returned product is received, Nugget CBD will confirm via Email
  • Upon confirmation email, please expect 7-10 business days to receive an online credit (with a deduction of a 15% restocking fee)
